We've been open for 3 weeks and we've had a good number of visitors and the weather has been warm and generaly dry.

We had a visit from Decathlon (the sports goods store) and their training team, testing their tents and backpacks and other camping equipment on site mid-month.
The Royal Wedding on the 19th was watched in the bar by an enthusiastic audience accompanied by sausage rolls, nibletts, home-made scones and a 'wedding' Victoria sponge cake!
The bar opens this evening and the restaurant starts tomorrow (26 May) for another season of steak-haché, fish'n'chips and boeuf bourguignon! Open every evening (except Wednesday) through to 6 July and then all day thoughout the summer until 27 August when we return to having a Wednesday night off!
