It has been a long winter, March was colder than
January! There are some hopeful signs,
blossom, tulips and even the cuckoo has been heard!
On one of our first sunny days for a long time, the guys are filling the holes in the road and re-compacting the surface and Greg has started mowing the grass.

We have been on a visit to Chaumont Castle and gardens. Their Contemporary Art exhibition opened last
week, and the International Garden Festival opens on 24 April though to November.
These are not the maximum / minimum forecast temps for the
months ahead, no they are the days the SNCF will be striking over the next 3 months. Be aware if you plan travelling in or around the
major cities as traffic will be much busier on these days.
Some good news, the 14 July fireworks will once again be
taking place on site this year.
