The ‘tree cutters’ have spent a fortnight on site, cutting back the conifers along the entrance hedge and several trees on site, including these big poplars in the play park.
John’s been back to see his Mum again and we’ve spent a couple of Saturdays at open days for several schools and colleges in the area, as both Rebecca and Danielle need to make some ‘career’ decisions this time next year.

Indeed, now seems to be a pretty good time to book a trip to the continent this year. Fuel prices are low, the £ is high against the euro, and we’re hoping that the cold weather that we’re currently experiencing will bode well for a warm and sunny summer!
That’s it for now – next update mid-February!
